Welcome to Karo, a productivity app developed by Msquare Labs Technologies Private Limited based out of Mumbai, India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Karo app and any related services provided by Msquare Labs Technologies Private Limited. Use of the App

3. Prohibited Content: You agree not to post, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Msquare Labs Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

THE KARO APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MSQUARE LABS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MSQUARE LABS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MSQUARE LABS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE KARO APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF MSQUARE LABS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Msquare Labs Technologies Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Karo app or any violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Msquare Labs Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective upon posting the revised version on the Karo app. Your continued use of the app after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
